About Me
I’m Dr. Iulia Pittman, a coach, linguist, and educator with extensive experience in higher education and language learning. Alongside my academic work, I am a Certified Neurolanguage Coach® and trained professional coach, working with clients in individual and group settings.
My work is grounded in education, autonomy, and a deep respect for people’s capacity to grow when the right conditions are in place. I work with educators and language learners who value reflective learning, intentional work, and sustainable development. This combination of academic expertise and coaching practice allows me to support clients with both rigor and care.

How I Work
My coaching approach is deliberate, structured, and collaborative. I create a thoughtful, focused space where clients can slow down, think clearly, and make intentional choices—without pressure to perform or fix everything at once.
Rather than offering advice or instruction, I partner with clients to:

Clarify what matters most by slowing down and prioritizing intentionally.

Explore options and constraints through reflection and dialogue.

Strengthen agency by practicing deliberate decision-making.

Develop strategies that support independence, follow-through, and long-term learning.
